Salon Policies

Just a few pieces of information so guests & artists may be on the same page

Late Policy

Please contact your artist if you are going to be late to your service.
In most situations we can only allow a guest to be 15 minutes late at maximum. 
If you are late and still able to continue your service,
your service may be modified to accommodate the loss in time.

We always want provide our guests with the best service which includes
allowing the proper service time in order not to rush the process.
If it is decided that you must reschedule, a cancellation fee may be charged.
This is situational and up to the individual artist after discussing the situation with the guest.

Cancellations

A 24 hour notice is required to avoid a 50% fee.

Why is there a fee?

Our artists book specific time slots for each guest.

While we love our guests, we do this as a career.

If someone commits to an appointment time,

this restricts the artist from booking other guests.

If a guest doesn't give warning to their cancellation,

the artist has no time to fill the spot. 

The cancellation fee charged is there to account for a minor portion of the loss the artist encountered.

We are transparent with our guests & respect the fact that life happens.

All we ask is that you communicate with us & respect our time as well.

Communication

Our best form of communication is via text message or email. 
This allows us to keep track of conversations, inspiration photos, before photos, requested dates, etc. 
This also allows us to respond in a more timely manner. We cannot always make a phone call but it is typically easier to reply quickly in between guests through text or email.
This also allows for more clear communication in most instances.

We do our best here at The VIVID Collective to provide our guests with the best experiences possible.

We strive to make ALL humans feel welcomed & comfortable in our chairs.

Our goal is to provide you with the hair of your dreams- whatever that hair may be.

Here, you will never feel judged or unwelcome due to your true individuality. 

 

Creating this environment involves extending this energy to our staff.

We are artists who express our individuality.

We are not your typical salon because we do not want to be.

We have fun, we do badass hair using high quality products & we provide top level experiences for our guests.

We have the right to refuse service to those who do not respect the clients or staff that create our environment.

Refunds

We offer redos, not refunds.
We understand that hair is a science where many factors play into the end result. While we do our best to achieve your goals, we cannot always deliver your desired end result in one appointment.
If you are unhappy with the result of your service or have an issue with your experience at The VIVID Collective, we ask you to address it first with the individual artist to remedy the situation in the form of a re-do.
If there is no resolution to the problem, please address it with management by filling out our contact form below.
