Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with The VIVID Collective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at vividhairmi@gmail.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is returned to sender, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost once the updated address is confirmed. Unclaimed packages returned to our facility are not automatically reshipped or refunded.

All returns must be approved in writing. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please allow 5–7 business days after claim approval for your replacement or refund to process.

For digital products, please ensure you enter the correct email address to receive your download.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds and returns will not be issued.

Please email vividhairmi@gmail.com if you do not receive your download, and we will resend it to you promptly.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response in all situations.​
